Are you a busy bee? Our short, sharp classes will get the heart rate going without getting in the way of your day. Pop in anytime, be it early morning, a lunch break or the evening. No matter the time of day we’ve got your back.
In our 6 person classes we’ve struck the perfect balance between personal training and group workouts. Build new relationships with like-minded people whilst getting the personal attention you require from our trainers.
At Studio EH1 we are no ordinary gym monkeys (though we def love monkeys) and everyone in our team has some serious skills…believe it or not we even have a hall of famer in our pack…no joke!
Beyond the classes we will motivate you when you need it, push you when you need pushing and drop some nutrition knowledge bombs along the way – it is 90% of the battle after all in helping you reach your goals.
We cater for all types in our 4 specialist classes.
Upto 6 people being put through their paces in the fundamentals of building combat conditioning, plus great Catharsis from a hard day – lots of pad work!
Upto 6 people in a class focusing on the use of the Kettlebell as a tool, moving through pattern, grinds and ballistics. Predominantly using the hard style system.
Small classes of upto 6 people in a round robin of exercise stations. Utilising:
Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Power Plates, Rower & Skipping ropes.
Upto 6 people in a High Intensity conditioning session using our expertise to stress the heart rate in a varying way increasing your EPOC or afterburn effect.
