There are 2 mesh pockets, 4 holders for pen/pencil/firesteel/any other slim items of that size, a lanyard for your keys or anything else you'd like to attach, 2 rectangular pouches (think altoids tin size) with velcro flaps, a small "dump" pouch in between the other organizers, and a larger dump pouch behind everything else.

It is fine for just sunglasses, but I like to keep sunglasses, a headlamp, and a buff in there which didn't fit all together.
